Sessions — Cancellation and rescheduling

24+ hours notice

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, you may reschedule to another available time at no additional cost, or receive a full refund of any prepaid session fees.

Less than 24 hours notice

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% session fee. This applies whether or not the session has been prepaid.

No-shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notice, the full session fee will apply. This applies whether or not the session has been prepaid.

Refunds after session has commenced

No refunds are available once a session has commenced.

Exceptions

Exceptions to the above policy may be made at the Practitioner's discretion in cases of genuine emergency (e.g., medical emergency, bereavement). Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend due to an emergency.

Programme packages

If you have purchased a multi-session programme (e.g., 5-session Peak Performance Programme or End-of-Life Peace Programme):

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with 24+ hours notice
  • Unused sessions are non-refundable once the programme has commenced
  • If you need to discontinue the programme, please discuss options with the Practitioner

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products (audio recordings, PDF guides, etc.) are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing a digital product you have purchased, please contact us at ryleekellahan@gmail.com within 5 business days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, please contact us within 5 business days for a refund of the duplicate purchase.

HCP-funded sessions

For sessions funded through a Home Care Package (HCP), cancellation and rescheduling terms are subject to the agreement with your HCP provider. Please contact us to discuss your specific circumstances.

Please ensure you receive confirmation of any cancellation or reschedule.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. If you paid via bank transfer or HCP invoice, please provide your bank details for the refund.
