Terms & Conditions | RJK Hypnosis

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

"RJK Hypnosis" refers to Smooth Sailing Tours Pty Ltd (ABN: 77 406 173 024), trading as RJK Hypnosis
"Practitioner" refers to Rylee Kellahan
"Client" or "You" refers to the person receiving services
"Services" refers to hypnotherapy, NLP and related services provided

2. Acceptance of terms

By booking a session or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Nature of services

You acknowledge and agree that:

Hypnotherapy and NLP are complementary wellness services, not medical treatment
The Practitioner is not a registered psychologist, psychiatrist or medical doctor
The Practitioner does not hold AHPRA registration
Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care
You should continue to consult with your GP and other treating health professionals

4. No guarantees

Results from hypnotherapy and NLP vary between individuals. No specific outcome, result or cure is guaranteed. The Practitioner makes no representations or warranties about the effectiveness of services for any particular condition or goal.

5. Bookings and appointments

Sessions are booked through our online booking system (Calendly) or by contacting the Practitioner directly
Sessions run for 90-120 minutes unless otherwise agreed
Please arrive on time for your appointment
Online sessions require a quiet, private space and reliable internet connection

6. Fees and payment

The current session fee is $250 per session
Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed
HCP funding is accepted where applicable, with direct invoicing to providers available
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable

7. Cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% session fee
No-shows will be charged the full session fee
Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at the Practitioner's discretion

8. Digital products

If you purchase digital products (audio recordings, PDF guides, etc.):

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product
You may not copy, distribute, share or resell the product
All sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded
Do not use audio recordings while driving or operating machinery

9. Website use

When using our website, you agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
Interfere with the proper working of the website
Copy or reproduce any content without permission

10. Liability and disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RJK Hypnosis and the Practitioner exclude all liability for any loss, damage, costs or expenses arising from or in connection with the services provided, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

You acknowledge that you participate in hypnotherapy and NLP sessions at your own risk and that the Practitioner is not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes.

11. Client conduct

You agree to:

Arrive sober and free from the influence of drugs or alcohol
Not record sessions without the Practitioner's written consent
Treat the Practitioner with respect and courtesy
Provide accurate information about your health and circumstances

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the client-practitioner relationship at any time. The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if, in their professional judgement, it is appropriate to do so.

13. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
